Information We Collect

Local Data (Device Only)

The app stores the following data locally on your device to provide core functionality:

• Puzzle progress and saved game states
• Game statistics (puzzles completed, best times, streaks)
• User preferences (theme, sound settings, haptic feedback)
• Unlocked puzzle pack information

This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to any external servers. You can clear this data at any time by uninstalling the app.

Analytics Data

We may use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to help improve the app. This includes:

• Puzzle completion events (difficulty, size, time taken)
• Screen views and navigation patterns
• General app usage statistics

This data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally. It does not include any personal information such as your name, email, or location.

In-App Purchases

If you make in-app purchases, the transaction is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We use RevenueCat to manage purchase state and entitlements.

RevenueCat may collect:

• Anonymous device identifiers
• Purchase history and subscription status
• App version and platform information

Information We Do Not Collect

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Contact lists or address books
• Photos, files, or other device content
• Social media accounts or login credentials

The app does not require an account to use. You can enjoy all features without providing any personal information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Anonymous analytics data may be processed by Firebase (Google) and RevenueCat as described above.

Children's Privacy

Zen Loop does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is suitable for all ages and does not require any personal information to use.
