Welcome to Zen Loop. By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Zen Loop for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

For iOS users, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) .

For Android users, your use is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service .

In-App Purchases

Zen Loop offers optional puzzle packs for purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase
• Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law
• Purchased content is tied to your App Store or Google Play account
• You can restore purchases on the same account using the "Restore Purchases" feature

For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google directly through their respective support channels.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the app
• Distribute, license, or sell the app or any part of it
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or purchase mechanisms

Intellectual Property

All content in Zen Loop, including puzzles, graphics, design, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Zen Loop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
